What is the maximum capacity at Safehouse 1 and 2?
Up to 50 people per house.
How much is space rental?
Safehouse 1 and 2 prices vary per function and package. Please contact a member of our team for a tailored quote at hello@maverickprojects.co.uk today.
What’s included in the venue price?
Electricity, security lighting and WC, two parking spaces for loading and unloading, plus an assortment of tables and chairs. Uplighters and speakers can be hired directly through us for an additional fee (calculated upon enquiry).
Is the site better suited for exhibitions, galleries, photo or film shoots?
All of the above! Safehouse 1 and 2 are super flexible, meaning you can really tailor each space to make it your own.
What size is the venue?

What facilities are on-site?
Each house has one toilet and electricity on a domestic circuit. The houses sit within Copeland Park where parking costs £10 per day. The houses are 5 minutes from Peckham Rye train station.
Can I park on-site?
There are two loading bays and parking within Copeland Park costs £10 per day, plus there are residential roads nearby.
Does the venue have disabled access?
While the ground floor, garden and toilet are accessible at Safehouse 1, and at Safehouse 2 the ground floor is accessible, there are steps into the garden. For this reason, the houses are not wheelchair accessible, so we’d recommend the spaces for people with a high level of mobility. Please contact us for more details: hello@maverickprojects.co.uk
Can I have music playing at my event?
Background and acoustic music are welcomed at both venues.
